Gospel Music is noted for its rich heritage of family groups. In
keeping with this tradition, The Quicks were formed in 1999 at Eglin
Air Force Base, Florida. Tim and Sally Quick sang for many years
with a local group while stationed in Florida, and until this year,
were joined by their two daughters, Rachel and Rebecca. Now, Tim,
Sally and daughter, Rebecca make up this family music ministry.
Tim had always been focused on his Air Force career, but as
retirement approached, he began to realize that God had called him
into the music ministry. With Sally by his side, he took his family
before their church for prayer and The Quick Ministry had begun!
When Tim finished his stint in the Air Force in 2002, he moved the
family back home to Nashville to pursue a full-time ministry in
Gospel music. A commitment to serve the Lord, coupled with a strong
family bond, has laid the foundation for this ministry.
The musical blend of this group is mirrored by a closeness in
their daily walk with the Lord and with each other. This is a
hard-working family that functions as a unit, yet is still free to
express their own unique personalities. Diverse musical influences,
with Southern Gospel roots, are brought together in a blend that is
able to reach audiences of all ages.
This young family is having an impact on audiences everywhere
they go. Bringing a great message that will uplift and inspire, you
will certainly want to hear more from this group.

“We recently had The Quick family
in our church, and their anointing was fresh, fruitful, and authentic.
Their motives of ministry are pure, their hearts are humble, and their walk
outside the limelight actually overshadow the fact they are talented! The
Lord has given them favor, and they are not abusive of this precious gift.
As a pastor, I am very hesitant of placing “performers” in front of my people.
The Quick family, in their own approachable way, simply became part of our
church family and we worshipped the Lord together. I can heartily
recommend them to any church or pastor to be used without fear of your flock
being hurt.”

“Dear Fellow Laborers in Christ,
I would like to take this opportunity to tell you about the Quick family, Tim,
Sally, and Rebecca. We have been blessed with their fellowship and singing for
the last 5 years at our church. Their concert is an annual event that we all
look forward to at South Rossville Baptist. Their mission is truly spreading the
gospel through song. They have a way of leading you into worship with song,
laughter, and an occasional tear. Our annual gift to them is simply a love
offering. Some of our members provide them with a home-cooked meal, but we would
also take them out if that were not available. There is never a dull moment when
Tim is around. Sally is an accomplished musician and songwriter. We have watched
Rebecca grow into a Godly Christian young lady. She already carries many musical
accolades. The “Joy of the Lord” truly abounds when we meet with the Quicks. I
highly recommend them to you.”

I have known “The Quick Family” for over 15 years. They are one of
Southern Gospel’s finest up and coming groups. I appreciate the Quick family’s
commitment to the Lord. They are truly committed to be all they can be for the
Lord Jesus Christ. They are a dynamic group who has a unique sound that will
bless your heart tremendously. God has used them in a mighty way to touch many
lives. He has gifted them with a beautiful talent of song writing and a passion
to present the gospel in song and praise. I highly recommend “The Quick Family.”
I guarantee you will not be disappointed by allowing them to minister to your
church or ministry.
